Waterway Nights
At Waterway Square will be “Waterway Nights” beginning July 2 and
running through Aug 27 every Friday from 8 to 10 p.m. Visitors can
enjoy a variety of free activities, which include live musicians,
face painters, balloonists, magicians and caricaturists.
Houston Symphony Star Spangled Salute
Saturday, July 3, 8 p.m. at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.

The Great Red White and Blue Duck Race

4th of July
Festival - Red, Hot, and Blue Festival
A traditional 4th of July festival, complete with fireworks and
watermelon-eating contests, will take place on Independence Day.
The 13th Annual Red, Hot and Blue Festival will feature two stages
of live entertainment, a hot-dog eating contest, face painting,
caricatures, inflatables, strolling entertainers and vendors. The
best place to view fireworks this year will be at Waterway Square.
Concert in the Park - Summer Series
Sunday, July 4, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Northshore Park
Band: Troy Hess& Texas Heartbreakers
Splash Day
Sunday, July 4, at The Woodlands pools. There will be special themes
at each pool, free activities and refreshments while supplies last.
All pools will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with activities will take
place from noon to 4 p.m.
Dive in Movie
Saturday, July 10, at Cranebrook Pool: Kung Fu Panda Pool opens
at 8:00 p.m. and the movie begins at 8:30 p.m. Concessions available.

The Woodlands Children’s Museum Open House
Saturday, July 10, 1 to 5 p.m. the museum, located in the Panther
Creek Shopping Center will be open free of charge. The museum opens
for business Sunday, July 11.

Night Out Neighborhood Parties

Time: 5:30-8:00pm
Turn on your lights, lock your doors and go outside to meet your
neighbors!” Throw a national night out party in your neighborhood
and give neighborhood crime and drugs a going away party. Register
your party for a chance to have a member of local law enforcement
or an engine from The Woodlands Fire Department visit your party.
